This book was so good I bought all three and can’t wait to see what is next for Sophia as like any great book it left you wanting to know more.
Rachael Stapleton spent her youth cultivating a vivid imagination inside the book-lined walls of a quaint village library where she consumed everything from mystery to biography. When she wasn't reading about civil and political rights, she was creating magical worlds complete with arched dormers, hidden elevators, paranormal elements, and secret spiral passages. At sixteen, she penned a column for the local newspaper and ten years later, while grinding away in advertising wrote her first book featuring an adventurous time traveling librarian. She now lives in the Kawartha Lakes region renovating a Second Empire Victorian (similar to the Gothic Inn featured in her paranormal cozies) with her handy husband, children, and four-legged friends. Thankfully there is less murder and ghosts in her own historical home. When she’s not exposing brick and removing wallpaper, she’s writing about the fictional town of Bohemian Lake featuring a full cast of sarcastic, nosy characters. She is the author of the Time Traveling Bibliophile, Penning Trouble, Haunted House Flippers, and Bohemian Murder Manor mysteries.
